What is Piloxing?
Piloxing combines standing Pilates with Boxing and a little bit of Dance. This high cardio, low intensity class is designed to torch calories and build lean muscle. This is an interval based training class meaning that some blocks will burn and others will increase heart rate. This means that you will not only burn a huge amount of calories within the class but you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the session ends.
Some of our clients burn over 800 calories in a 1 hour session.
